# Best PartnerStack Alternatives in 2026 (5 Tools Compared)

> PartnerStack does not publish its prices: every plan is priced during a demo. Here is what its plans include, who should pay for it, and five self-serve alternatives with pricing checked in October 2026.

PartnerStack does not publish its prices. Its pricing page lists three plans, Launch, Growth and Enterprise, each with a "Book your demo" button, and says "Your final plan and pricing are confirmed during your demo." If you run a multi-type partner program at scale, that process can be fair. If you are an early-stage SaaS founder who wants an affiliate program running this quarter, it is probably the wrong tool, and this page exists to help you pick the right one.

One disclosure before anything else: we build [Affitor](https://affitor.com), one of the alternatives below. To keep this useful anyway, every price on this page comes from the vendor's own pricing page, checked in October 2026, with a link so you can check it yourself. And we start by telling you when PartnerStack is the better choice.

## Quick answer: what is the best PartnerStack alternative?

For an early-stage SaaS, Affitor is the best fit: it is self-serve and costs $0 until a program has made $10,000 through affiliates, then 3.5% of affiliate-driven sales, and its team helps you recruit partners. Rewardful is the flat-fee pick for Stripe SaaS, FirstPromoter connects the most billing systems, Tolt gives you unlimited affiliates on every plan, and Dub Partners suits developer-led teams. Keep PartnerStack on the table if you run affiliates, resellers, and referral partners as one program with a partner manager.

| Tool | Best for | From price (checked Oct 2026) | Fees on top | How it tracks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| [Affitor](https://affitor.com/pricing) | Starting from zero on Stripe | $0/mo | 3.5% of affiliate-driven sales after the first $10,000 per program | Click cookie (60-day default), then the signup customer key |
| [Rewardful](https://www.rewardful.com/pricing) | The known flat-fee default | $49/mo | 0% transaction fee; optional Managed Payouts 3% | Cookie, 60-day default, first- or last-touch |
| [FirstPromoter](https://firstpromoter.com/pricing) | Billing beyond Stripe and Paddle | $49/mo | None listed | Cookie life up to 9,999 days, first- or last-click |
| [Tolt](https://tolt.com/pricing) | Unlimited affiliates on a flat fee | $69/mo | 2% on auto payouts | Cookie with a set duration, plus a signup call |
| [Dub Partners](https://dub.co/pricing) | Developer-led teams | $90/mo | Payout fee: 5% if you fund payouts by ACH, 8% by card (3% and 6% on Enterprise) | Links with conversion tracking |
| [PartnerStack](https://www.partnerstack.com/pricing) | Enterprise multi-type programs | Not published; set during a demo | Not published | Link tracking or lead and deal registration |

Every price on this page was checked against each vendor's pricing page on October 12 and 13, 2026.

## What PartnerStack actually is

Most "PartnerStack alternatives" pages skip this part, and it produces bad decisions. PartnerStack is not an affiliate link tracker with a high price. It is a full partner relationship management (PRM) platform, and the extra money buys a different category of product ([pricing page](https://www.partnerstack.com/pricing), checked Oct 2026):

- **A partner marketplace.** Every plan includes PartnerStack Marketplace access, pitched as "Get discovered by active B2B partners." Rewardful, FirstPromoter and Tolt list no marketplace in their plan tables; Dub lists one on Enterprise, and Affitor lists every live program on its marketplace.
- **Multi-type partner programs.** Launch includes affiliate link tracking or lead and deal registration (you pick one); Enterprise includes both. Growth adds a learning management system, partner challenges, and MDF (market development funds) management.
- **Enterprise operations.** Partner payments, CRM integrations, onboarding and training tools, and on the Enterprise plan a designated customer success manager and custom workflows.

If you compare that to a $49 affiliate tracker on price alone, you are comparing categories, not products. The real question is whether you need a PRM at all.

## What it costs

**PartnerStack:** per [its pricing page](https://www.partnerstack.com/pricing), checked October 2026, all three plans start with a demo. The page says "Pricing is based on your partner program size, feature needs and level of support." The page lists no trial and no $0 plan, and its FAQ says most teams are up and running "in weeks, depending on program complexity and integrations." What it does state plainly: no limit on partners and no limit on internal users.

**The self-serve field:** every alternative below publishes its price and lets you sign up yourself, from $0 a month (Affitor) to $90 a month (Dub Partners) at the entry plan, and you can have a tracked link the same day.

Two notes on older comparison articles. First, PartnerStack listed starting prices on its page in July 2026 and lists none in October 2026, so treat any PartnerStack price you read elsewhere, including on older versions of this page, as stale unless it comes from your own demo. Second, you will find third-party reports claiming PartnerStack takes an extra percentage of partner payouts. Its public pages state no payout fee either way, so we are not repeating them.

## When PartnerStack is the right call

Recommending against a product for everyone is a sales pitch, not a comparison. PartnerStack is the right choice when:

- You run **more than one partner motion**: affiliates plus referral partners plus resellers, with deal registration feeding a sales team.
- You want **marketplace distribution**, recruiting from B2B partners already active on the network instead of building your recruiting pipeline from zero.
- You need **program operations at scale**: partner training, MDF budgets, partner payments and CRM sync across a large partner base.
- You have (or are hiring) a **partner manager** whose job this platform is.

If that describes you, book the demo and negotiate. Nothing below replaces a full PRM, and pretending a $49 tracker covers deal registration would be a strawman.

## What early-stage SaaS needs instead

If you were priced out rather than sold short, the checklist flips. Judge alternatives on four things:

1. **Self-serve signup.** You should be live this week, not after a contract cycle. Everything below has self-serve signup; PartnerStack starts with a demo.
2. **Pricing shaped like performance.** Early programs earn $0 in month one. Your cost should scale with affiliate revenue, not start as a fixed commitment before your first partner sale.
3. **Tracking that fits your billing stack.** If you charge customers through Stripe, pick a tool that reads Stripe directly, and check how it credits a payment that lands weeks after the click.
4. **A surface you can verify.** An API at minimum. Ideally a way for you, or an AI agent working for you, to run a test sale end to end before a real dollar moves.

**PartnerStack:** demo, plan and price set in the demo, then onboarding that takes weeks. **The five below:** sign up, install, first tracked link the same day.

## 1. Affitor: best for starting from zero on Stripe

![Affitor's Partners view: active partners, applications, and invites in one table with live stats](/blog/shots/partners-table-live.png)

The performance-priced option: your cost is $0 until the program produces, then a single percentage of what it produces.

### Key features

- **Stripe-native tracking that outlives the cookie.** A partner click sets a first-party cookie, and the partner whose click creates the customer keeps that customer. Once the customer signs up, the customer key you send (and `affitor_customer_key` on the Stripe Checkout Session and subscription metadata) carries the attribution to later payments, so renewals do not depend on the cookie. The attribution window is set per program, 60 days by default, and is checked once, at the first attributed payment: the click must be no older than the window at signup (or at that payment, if there was no signup). Renewals of an attributed customer are not re-checked. The details are in [how Affitor tracking fits together](/docs/brand/tracking/tracking-overview).
- **Built for agents as well as humans.** `npx affitor onboard` detects your stack, installs tracking, adds the sale call, and then fires a test click, lead, and sale through your live integration until it reports `integration_verified`, so you know attribution works before launch. The MCP server and SDK packages (`@affitor/mcp`, `@affitor/sdk`) are in beta.
- **A marketplace and recruiting help.** Every live program gets a listing on the [Affitor marketplace](https://affitor.com/marketplace), and the Affitor team helps you recruit, onboard, and train partners ([affitor.com/join](https://affitor.com/join)).
- **Partner operations without a partner manager.** One partner table shows active partners, applications, and pending invites in a single view, and partner invites are pre-written from your program's terms (commission rate, attribution window, payout threshold). Type emails or import a CSV and send.

### Pricing

$0 per month and no setup fee. You pay $0 on the first $10,000 of affiliate revenue per program, then 3.5% of the sales affiliates drove for you (checked Oct 2026, [affitor.com/pricing](https://affitor.com/pricing)). Details are on the [pricing model page](/docs/getting-started/pricing-performance-model). Against PartnerStack the contrast is the process: **PartnerStack** sets your plan and price in a demo before your first partner sale; **Affitor** charges nothing until affiliates have brought a program $10,000.

### Pros & cons

**Pros:** no fixed monthly cost, no revenue cap, no limit on partners or seats, a marketplace listing with recruiting help, and an integration an agent can complete and test.

**Cons:** Affitor is an affiliate layer, not a PRM. There is no deal registration, no LMS, no MDF management; if you need those, you are back in PartnerStack territory. It reads Stripe natively; on any other billing system you wire it up through the API or SDK, while FirstPromoter connects five billing systems natively. Partners withdraw by bank transfer or Wise, with no PayPal option. And a percentage fee grows with your affiliate revenue while a flat plan stays flat until its cap, so price your own expected volume on each vendor's page before you choose.

**Fits:** Stripe-based SaaS starting an affiliate program from zero, and teams that want an integration an agent can complete and prove.

## 2. Rewardful: best flat-fee default for Stripe SaaS

A flat-fee tracker built around Stripe, with a 0% transaction fee and published prices.

### Key features

Setup is two scripts or a native one-click integration (Rewardful is a Premier Stripe Partner). Every plan includes the REST API, unlimited affiliates, first- or last-touch attribution, coupon code tracking, and self-referral fraud detection.

### Pricing

Per [rewardful.com/pricing](https://www.rewardful.com/pricing), checked October 2026: Starter at $49/mo (up to $7,500/mo in affiliate-attributed revenue, 1 campaign, up to 2 team members), Growth at $99/mo (up to $15,000/mo, unlimited campaigns and team members, branded portal and custom domain), Enterprise at $149+/mo (up to $30,000/mo on the entry Enterprise tier, phone support, one-click PayPal payouts). The transaction fee is 0% on every plan; optional Managed Payouts cost 3% of payouts. Every plan has a 14-day trial, and annual billing gives 12 months for the price of 10. **PartnerStack:** a price set in a demo. **Rewardful:** $588 for a year of Starter month to month, or $490 paid annually.

### Pros & cons

**Pros:** published prices, fast setup, the API from the first plan, and a stated 0% transaction fee.

**Cons:** its billing connections are Stripe and Paddle Classic; its help center says it does not support Paddle Billing. Attribution is cookie-based (first- or last-touch, with a 60-day default window you can change per campaign), so a referral depends on the cookie surviving until the customer converts. The revenue-capped plans mean success forces upgrades, and you pay $49 from day one whether or not affiliates deliver. If you are weighing it against its closest rival, read [Rewardful vs FirstPromoter](/blog/rewardful-vs-firstpromoter); if you are weighing it against everything, read [the best Rewardful alternatives](/blog/rewardful-alternatives).

**Fits:** Stripe SaaS that wants the known, simple option and is comfortable with cookie-window attribution.

## 3. FirstPromoter: best for billing beyond Stripe and Paddle

The most native billing connections in the set, with a deep back office under $100.

### Key features

Native connections to five billing systems (Stripe, Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly, Braintree), recurring and lifetime commissions, multi-tier commissions up to 3 levels, W-9 and W-8BEN collection in the affiliate portal, and fraud detection, all on every plan. Its APIs and webhooks are on every plan too, and its MCP server is in beta. If your billing is not Stripe, this is the strongest flat-fee option here.

### Pricing

Per [firstpromoter.com/pricing](https://firstpromoter.com/pricing), checked October 2026: Starter at $49/mo (up to $5,000/mo in affiliate revenue, 3 campaigns, up to 1,000 affiliates), Business at $99/mo (up to $15,000/mo, unlimited campaigns and affiliates, 2 websites, custom dashboard domain), Enterprise from $149/mo (above $15,000/mo, 3 websites). Team members are unlimited on every plan. 14-day trial, no credit card required. **PartnerStack:** a demo before you see a price. **FirstPromoter:** $588 a year at the floor, or $490 paid annually.

### Pros & cons

**Pros:** five billing connections, detailed commission rules, and tax-form collection and API access on the entry plan.

**Cons:** its $5,000/mo revenue cap on Starter is the lowest of the three flat-fee trackers here, so upgrade pressure hits earliest. Starter cannot run a second website (Business allows 2). Tracking is a cookie with first- or last-click credit and a cookie life you set. Managed payouts, where FirstPromoter pays partners for you, need [Enterprise 2 and up, for SaaS companies, subject to approval](https://help.firstpromoter.com/en/articles/9998853-how-managed-auto-payouts-work).

**Fits:** SaaS on Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly, or Braintree, and teams that want detailed commission rules with tax paperwork collected in the portal.

## 4. Tolt: best for unlimited affiliates

The modern flat-fee pick that removes affiliate-count limits entirely.

### Key features

Unlimited affiliates and referrals on every plan, more revenue headroom at $99 than Rewardful or FirstPromoter ($20,000 cap against $15,000), and wide payout rails: PayPal, Wise, local bank transfer, crypto, and wire, with auto payouts from Growth up. Tolt also has a [REST API](https://docs.tolt.com/introduction) and an MCP connection to Claude.

### Pricing

Per [tolt.com/pricing](https://tolt.com/pricing), checked October 2026: Basic at $69/mo (up to $10,000/mo in affiliate revenue, 2 programs, 3 team members, manual payouts), Growth at $99/mo (up to $20,000/mo, 5 programs, auto payouts with a 2% processing fee, W-9/W-8 collection and 1099 filing), Pro at $199/mo (up to $50,000/mo, unlimited programs), Enterprise custom above that. 14-day trial, no credit card required, 30-day refund policy. **PartnerStack:** a price set in a demo. **Tolt:** $828 a year at the floor, monthly terms.

### Pros & cons

**Pros:** no affiliate limits anywhere, global payout options, and the most revenue headroom at the $99 price point.

**Cons:** the $69 floor is the highest of the flat-fee trio, and the "0% commission" marketing carries a nuance: auto payouts have a 2% processing fee, and the Basic plan avoids it by making every payout manual. Tax-form collection starts on Growth. Its JavaScript stores the partner click with a cookie duration, and a signup call ties that click to your customer.

**Fits:** SaaS on Stripe, Paddle, or Chargebee that expects a large affiliate base early and wants global payout options.

## 5. Dub Partners: best for developer-led teams

Affiliate infrastructure priced and shaped like developer tooling.

### Key features

Dub's pricing page lists a REST API, an MCP server, native SDKs, and real-time event webhooks on every Partners plan, plus tax compliance handled for you, so you do not collect W-9, W-8 or 1099 forms yourself. You also get link infrastructure, analytics, and partner payouts in one platform.

### Pricing

Per [dub.co/pricing](https://dub.co/pricing), checked October 2026: Business at $90/mo (up to $2,500/mo in partner payouts, 500 partners, 10 users, 10K new links and 250K tracked events a month), Advanced at $300/mo (up to $15,000/mo in payouts, unlimited partners, 20 users), Enterprise custom on annual billing (unlimited payouts, marketplace listing, SAML/SSO). The [payout fee](https://dub.co/help/article/partner-payouts) is 5% if you fund payouts by ACH, 8% by card (3% and 6% on Enterprise). Partners needs a paid plan; Business and Advanced start with a 14-day trial. **PartnerStack:** one price, set in a demo. **Dub:** two published ones, a subscription plus a payout fee.

### Pros & cons

**Pros:** API, MCP server, SDKs, and webhooks on the entry plan; tax compliance handled; links, analytics, and payouts in one product.

**Cons:** you pay twice: a $90/mo floor plus a payout fee of 5% if you fund payouts by ACH, 8% by card (3% and 6% on Enterprise). Payout caps meter your growth: $2,500/mo on Business means a successful program hits the ceiling fast, and Business holds 500 partners. The marketplace listing and partner network are Enterprise features.

**Fits:** developer-led teams already using Dub for links, with budget for the subscription plus the payout fee.

## Which one should you pick?

**$0–500K ARR: Affitor, or Rewardful for a known flat cost.** A demo-priced PRM contract at this stage is a category error. Affitor costs $0 until a program has made $10,000 through affiliates; Rewardful is the familiar $49/mo default if you prefer a fixed bill.

**$500K–5M ARR: pick by billing stack and volume.** On Stripe with steady affiliate revenue, put a capped flat plan (Rewardful Growth or Tolt Growth at $99/mo) next to a percentage at your own volume and decide. Off Stripe, FirstPromoter's five billing connections decide it. Developer-led teams already on Dub can justify the subscription plus payout fee for the tooling.

**$5M+ ARR with multiple partner motions: PartnerStack.** This is the stage its plans assume: a partner manager on payroll, resellers and referral partners alongside affiliates, and marketplace distribution worth paying for. Book the demo with the checklist from this page in hand.

## FAQ

### How much does PartnerStack cost?

PartnerStack does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists three plans (Launch, Growth and Enterprise), each behind a demo, and says your final plan and pricing are confirmed during your demo. The price depends on your partner program size, feature needs and level of support (checked October 2026).

### What is the best PartnerStack alternative for SaaS?

It depends on what you need from PartnerStack. For an early-stage SaaS, Affitor is the best fit: self-serve signup, $0 until a program has made $10,000 through affiliates, then 3.5% of affiliate-driven sales, a marketplace listing, and a team that helps you recruit partners. If you run affiliates, resellers and referral partners with a partner manager, PartnerStack itself may still be the right call.

### Is there a PartnerStack alternative with no monthly fee?

Yes. Affitor has no subscription and no setup fee: you pay $0 on the first $10,000 of affiliate revenue per program, then 3.5% of the sales affiliates drove. Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tolt and Dub Partners charge monthly plans that start between $49 and $90 (checked October 2026).

### Does PartnerStack take a cut of partner payouts?

Its pricing page lists no fees at all: every plan is priced during a demo. PartnerStack does pay partners for you: it consolidates approved commissions into a single monthly invoice and distributes the earnings. What that costs is not stated on its public pages (checked October 2026), so ask during the demo.

### Which PartnerStack alternatives are self-serve?

All five alternatives on this page (Affitor, Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tolt and Dub Partners) let you sign up yourself and publish their prices. Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tolt and Dub Partners start with a 14-day trial, and Affitor charges nothing until a program has made $10,000 through affiliates. PartnerStack starts every plan with a demo.

## What's next

If PartnerStack's category is what you need, book their demo with the checklist from this page in hand. If you need an affiliate program without the commitment, [create your program on Affitor](https://affitor.com/welcome): it costs $0 until a program has made $10,000 through affiliates, then 3.5%. Then read [how Affitor tracking fits together](/docs/brand/tracking/tracking-overview) before you install anything, and if you are starting a program from scratch, [the six-step launch guide](/blog/how-to-start-saas-affiliate-program) covers everything beyond the software choice.
